I attended the bank to do my weekly banking and really appreciate their move to put the people back into the banking, with the customer service behind it. I was greeted by the concierge with a freindly smile and pointed to the teller to transact my deposit. I mentioned I wanted to set up my internet banking and she remembered me and assisted me immedietely and efficiently to do this in a adjoining office online directly after my banking transaction, at no cost. I am impressed by the steps Commonwealth Bank has taken to improve customer service and reduce banking fees - it looks like they are hearing the requirements of their customers and delivering against customer expectations. I will be banking with them in future for some time to come.
