I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is a must.
Was expecting a parcel and I was at home the whole day, then i get an email saying sorry we missed you.
I was surprised and quickly ran out just in case they were still lingering outside, checked the mailbox, nothing. No note/card from them.
So basically they didn't bother to come to my door and knock or ring the bell. Not even a note/card was left as proof of them even being there.
Tried calling them and was on hold for over an hour and nothing.
Tried to redeliver but the my consignment number doesn't work on their website.
Still waiting now for a very important parcel which I have no idea when it's ever going to arrive.
Please find another courier to use. Avoid money and time wasting with this one.

Steve was very helpful and very understanding when it comes to people with a budget. He breaks down what is needed to be done first when you have available funds and doesn't just fix anything without informing you first.
Patiently explains everything which is very helpful in understanding your car better.

Update: I just got my car fixed again due to a problem I've been having for awhile which no one could fix but I'm very confident that it is fixed now. Issue was my engine would just completely shut when I'm driving, then it'd start back up again after a few minutes or so. After getting a brand new battery, ignition switch changed, ignition coil changed the problem was still happening until Steve mentioned it must be the fuel pump and fuel filter. Changed both, Steve left the car running for 20-30 minutes and i drove it home, no more engine shutting.
Thank you again Steve and to the staff who helped me get my car back on the road.

Yummy pizza, reasonable price, generous serving of toppings unlike other pizza shops that are quite stingy with toppings. Good, fast service. Will be ordering more in future.

Very helpful. Explained thoroughly. Have had a few mechanics that charged so much and didn't even bother to explain why it needs to be replaced and all the need to know and only for the car to have the same problems again a week later! But here they explained why, the reasons how it ended up like that etc.
I'd recommend this to all my friends. Will definitely come back here and only here.
