Carly, and Tim, of Greenhaven really know what they're doing. From the very first phone call I instantly felt comfortable with Carly and knew I didn't need to look any further. Carly has a very soothing voice, which puts you at ease even though someone close to you has just died.
Carly took good care of my dad ensuring dignity and confidence the whole time. She stays in touch throughout the process and is very contactable. Carly is also super professional and a great listener. I found her willingness to please, and to be flexible and kind a real advantage.
I was very impressed with Carly, Tim and Greenhaven generally. A very well organized and well connected person in charge is what you need at a difficult time and Greenhaven just takes care of everything, leaving you to have as much or as little involvement as you're comfortable with.
