Needed at TV with a headphone socket facility in the old Analogue rage around the $200.00 price. Took one TV home and to my surprise no headphone socket. One good thing was their return policy. Then checked with salesman again and none of TV's in my price range with headphone socket in stock. Salesman to check availability.
One week later no call back from The Good Guys. Decided to take the remaining TV off the shelf as still no response from their supplier either.
Price given on off shelf product was good. Phoning store is useless unless you want to waste your own time. Even reception phone answering is very slow.
Never seem to have enough staff on the floor.

Unable to get a rare drug at another chemist within a reasonable time frame.
Pharmacist juggled their minimal stock level to help me get through until the remainder of the script arrived where other pharmacies had point blank refused to assist.
