Try to keep this review as short and honest as I can.
It's been a bumpy 2+ years. With everything that happened with covid, it slowed down our house progression tremendously (which I can understand). Although still took extremely long.

Communication with the main team wasn't always great, but we did purchase our house and land package through VHLS so there was a middle man, hence all the miscommunication.
Overall I think things should of been explained better to us as first time builders.

Nevertheless I'm happy with the end result.
Our building supervisor named Andrew was fantastic. Super friendly and explained everything without sugar coating it. I probably called him more times then iv called anyone. He was very patient with me and honestly just got the job done.
Well done to Andrew.

My conclusion is: if your going to build, go straight to the builder. Don't have a middle man. And Communication should always be smooth.
