Anthony was great when booking with him, rearranging his day to accommodate. On the day, he called beforehand to let me know he'd be arriving soon, and did so promptly. He was friendly and professional, and when a fault came up on the dishwasher (he was there to fix my oven!), he offered to take a look at that too, and fixed it quickly. The oven took a bit more time to fix, and although it threw out his day, he was still cheerful to the end. Thank you so much Anthony, and I hope you got all you needed to do done! :)

I went to Masci for a hair cut and I found the staff to be lovely and friendly. The atmosphere is amazingly calming, and the service fabulous.

Stuart runs a pilates studio with a range of classes. I have been to him previously for personal training too but don't know if he still does this. He truly has an amazing knowledge of the human body and teaches a better way of movement. He really focuses on helping you to getting the techniques right. Classes are small so quite individual attention is possible.

Booked in to see a remedial masseur when my back was sore. I hobbled out of there in worse pain than I was in at the beginning of the session. Her technique felt awkward but the massage was acceptable (aside from the fact that I believe that massage therapists should have short nails!). Towards the end, she tried to stretch my back, which exacerbated the pain. Afterwards when speaking to people (in the industry) they suggested that if she truly knew what she was doing she probably should not have tried to stretch my back while it was in the state it was....

I have been to Relinque several times for osteopathy and once for massage. I have found their staff to be incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
The osteopath I saw was great, she spoke to me at length at my initial consultation and really got a good idea about my back and neck issues.
My latest visit to Relinque was for a deep tissue massage and the therapist really knows exactly what she is doing, she's amazing!

My husband and I went for what we hoped would be a pampering massage - what we got instead unfortunately read as a 'what not to do' manual: 1. Dodgy location, which should have been an indication for what followed! 2. When signs displayed indicate for clients to turn mobile phones to silent, one would not expect that the service's own phone ring at full volume during a treatment. 3. No paperwork to fill out, which seemed really unprofessional. 4. The massage itself felt like it was being given by someone who didn't really know what they were doing. 5. We were in a double room and the therapists were talking to each other during the treatment.

All in all, the experience was wildly disappointing - I suppose I was expecting more of a high quality day spa experience - not the clumsy, unprofessional experience we did get.

Staff are professional and friendly. Very accommodating and patient with my 7 month old. The wax was done well- quickly and professionally.
