I would like to thank the MBCM Essendon team for their help and guidance in setting up our first Owners Corporation. Our first development of 8 units was daunting enough, without having to try and understand all of the legal obligations of Owners Corporation law. They did everything for us, on time and at no cost to set up everything up.
