I hired a car from Apex Brisbane Airport, and could not fault the company, the car or the friendly service. We called the office from the airport, the shuttle arrived and it was a modern van, unlike some other companies I have used in the past. The office staff were friendly, they took photos of the car which they sent to my email account. I was also able to take my own photos and add them to the account.

We spent 3 weeks driving to Cairns. The car was a Kia Cerato, and was just over year old. It was a great car with plenty of room for luggage. In Cairns, we had to extend our hire three times due to lockdowns in Melbourne, and the hire was extended at the same rate. The Cairns staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We have used Apex in Adelaide and Launceston in recent times, and have always been impressed with the service and value for money. Apex was a NZ company which is now owned by Avis. They do provide a great service for an off airport company, and are far cheaper than the big airport companies. I cannot recommend them enough.
