He also sat down with me and explained all the items that were a concern and also items that may be a concern in the future. When you're paying over a million dollars for a property, you need to know if there is anything that may be an issue, and cost you money down the track. Whats that old say "Buyer Beware". I felt very confident after looking at Andrew inspecting every small crack etc, that I was getting an honest accurate appraisal of the property.
