Unbelievable experience with Cindy and her team at Sargeants.

We have just bought (with an ultra smooth settlement transaction) and sold a property with Cindy and the team at Sargeants and they have been a pleasure to deal with. They are competitively priced and are always available for a chat, regardless of how busy they no doubt are.

We will always be using Sargeants in future and would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been eating here for years and am a bit hesitant to write this (the wait for a table can already be quite long). That's always a sign of how great a place is though, I guess.

Best souvlaki in Melbourne, bar none.

That terms gets thrown around far too often but I have lived in the area for 10+ years and have honestly tried every souvlaki place around the area and none gets close to the taste here.

Generous servings too. YUM!
