Craig was awesome to work with! After my hard drive decided to crash, & I hadn't ever backed it up, Craig helped me retrieve 6 years worth of personal & business data. His emails were professional, thorough & honest. He would update me regularly on the progress of my hard drive, & even took the time to explain what he was doing!
