Our family would like to thank you for the help you've extended to our family in the most trying time of losing our beloved Ellan.

We have been completely unprepared for the sad eventuality and no arrangements have been in place when Ellan has passed away in the early hours of Saturday.

We have called you the same morning, having found your company on the internet and from that moment on you have taken care of everything from the hospital collection to the final farewell at the Botanical.

More than 100 people have gathered to farewell Ellan at the chapel and very many of them have told us that the ceremony you have planned and conducted has been the most beautiful they've ever been to. You have helped us to pull together the final words of farewell, photographs and the music for the ceremony which has been executed in such a dignified and professional manner.

Thank you very much for your kindness and compassion which, in times of grieving, have helped us to pull through all the logistics and farewell Ellan in a way his life deserved.
