Came here looking for mangoes but ended up buying Australian Nashi Pears for only $1.99/kg. Box of large KP mangoes for only $19.99 but as they were still quite green, I didn't buy them. Good variety of fruits & vegetables at reasonable prices. Staff friendly & helpful too.

It was a hot day when we had lunch there & they only had the fan on. We shared a full serve of the Stir-fry beef with chilli & basil for $15.90 with rice for another $3. Even though we had asked for less sweet & salty it was still sweet & salty even though the flavour was good with the fresh chilli & basil but sauce was too sweet & salty. The lunch specials for dishes with rice/naan or noodles was bet $10.90 to $15.90.
The restaurant is quiet spacious with indoor & outdoor seating. The service was quick.

They have a good selection of homewares & gift items. I bought a small stainless steel sieve here for $5. I've browsed around to look at the prices & they look reasonable. They also sell small appliances like pressure cookers that I may buy later when I want one.

Bought the Australian Salmon Cutlets for $17.99 which were on special this week & they looked fresh. Service was quick. They only accept cards/eftpos with $15 or more. They also cook fish/seafood & chips on the spot.

Had the Seafood combination which is stir-fry seafood with prawns, squid, fish & vegetables which was cooked to perfection & tasty enough without being salty. They have lunch specials for $8 & serve a variety of Chinese-style dishes with pork, chicken, duck, beef, lamb, noodles & rice. Small place with a few tables, eat-in or takeaway in Westfield North Rocks. Served by a friendly & helpful lady. Prices reasonable.

I like the beef teriyaki, tuna & vegetarian sushis like chilli tofu, cucumber, rice paper rolls with avocado. There's a good variety to choose from. Quite expensive but cheaper if you buy 3. Service is quick as they are ready-made & staff are polite.

If you like the atmosphere of an older-style cinema, this is a good inexpensive cinema to visit. Came here with the $7 promotion to see "The Sapphires" but the aisles are narrower & the chairs are not as comfortable as they are low-back. Even the bathrooms are small. Not many people as it was a week-day morning.

In July this year when someone came door-knocking to sign up with Origin/Integral for better discounts on my electricity/gas bill I signed up with them. Then I went online through iSelect & they gave a better offer so I cancelled the original agreement by ringing Origin direct. They told me they could give me a better discount if I signed up with them direct which I did by cancelling the first agreement & the one from iSelect. When Truenergy advertised 17% discount on the overall bill for electricity & gas, I decided to go with them instead. However, when the written agreement came, the terms for those with solar electricity were not favourable although gas discount was better than Origin's. I went back to Origin & asked if they could give a better discount for gas & got a better deal than the original but only verbally. It also took them a longer time to changeover from my current provider for gas so I had to wait an extra quarter for the next reading in November. The welcome letter came recently & I didn't get the extra discount so I had to ring up again & was put through to the resolution department before I got it. The discount is only on usage but I will also get $100 credit from my first bill for gas & $150 credit for electricity. If you want to switch energy retailers, it is not always a smooth process. There's a $70 penalty for cancellation within the first year with Origin. Do your homework before you switch providers & negotiate for a better deal if possible.

This is a Japanese & Korean restaurant that serves mainly Japanese & some Korean food. We had the octopus balls for entree, seafood udon, tempura udon & rice with eel & miso soup. I also tried the Korean pancake, fish & green tea ice cream from the others in the group we were with. Food is cooked fresh, the tempura is generous with 2 large prawns, sweet potato, seafood stick, hot, light & criispy. Service is good & with a smile even though some had to wait longer than others but there were 17 of us with a few other customers. Well worth a visit as it is good value & delicious with no added MSG.

I attended a wedding reception here & it is a beautiful serene spot. The ambience is great & the service is good. Staff are polite & friendly. For entre I had a Thai vermicelli salad, salmon for main & chocolate mousse for dessert. Drinks were good too. Lovely venue with ample parking for a wedding reception.
