Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, casual environment and hearty Mexican food makes this a great spot for any day of the week. I usually go here once or twice a fortnight with my partner and we are almost always met by friendly, efficient staff. Recently we've noticed some new faces in the staff team, one of which once messed up our drinks order. However, when brought to the attention of a senior waitress, she was very apologetic and immediately rectified the situation. We weren't that bothered due to so many other positive experiences there.

For starters, we always share chips and guacamole. However, there are plenty of other things on the menu too. The guacamole seems to be homemade and the chips are always hot out of the oven. Never disappoints!

The main course menu is relatively small, but it does make it easy to decide. They have fantastic tacos, especially the fish variety. You pick and choose your fillings in each taco unlike a lot of other Mexican restaurants where they all have to have the same filling. Great if you like some variety!
We have tried the other main dishes too, which have been good, but we always come back to the tacos.

Would also recommend the churros with chocolate dipping sauce if you've got room for dessert, very tasty.

Excellent Tequila cocktails, small, but decent selection of wines and good selection of beers, including Modelo :)
