I was a regular customer at ShuGo and, indeed, the quality/price balance is pretty good there. However, when I bought shoes from them recently, they proved unsafe to wear as the left shoe kept slipping on tile floors. I took the shoes back after wearing them for one day, but the store refused to take them back or let me exchange them for a new pair and were plain rude in dealing with the problem. Never again, I'm afraid.
