They are a really large store and just about have everything you would want to use to go camping with or fishing with. They have a great range of items, especially budget price range which is what we needed to buy a 4 slice toaster.
Excellent Electrician. We tried to get an electrician closer to our home area but no one would show up or were rather too expensive for what they had to do. We got John Tanner to totally rewire our removal home. He did such a great job at a good price. Would be more than happy to recommend them.
Approximate cost: $2900
Great for stock feeds, bulk dog biscuits and other pet foods. They also stock hay, and sugar cane mulch. Also for all things in regards to horses, cattle and other animals. They sell flea treatments etc and at times they have baby chickens. Plus troughs etc.
My wife needed some of those shake type drinks and also needed some skin stuff, so I went in there and they had what I needed. Talk about friendly they were just so good to me and ever so helpful. They told me about their club thing and if I joined I could get 20% off everything except prescriptions. To join the club only cost me $7, but I have already save that.
I decided to renovate an old claw foot bath, but really wanted some heavy duty paint and thought that I would use either a auto car enamel paint or poly paint that sometimes needs to be baked or a very hot day for it to bake on. I got all that I needed from this business and they were great in recommending exactly what I needed. They also car a range of paints for spraying cars, boats etc with. Service sometimes is a little slow, maybe because they are just too busy with chatting and being friendly.
We bought the majority of our paint for renovating our removal house. The staff were extremely helpful and you never usually had to wait that long to get served, but if they were busy they usually acknowledged that you were there. We had bought some white paint up from sydney and they gladly tinted it when my wife decided she did not want white for the outside any longer. So with that in mind and their attitude we decided to buy the majority of our extra paint from here. My wife gets a bit cheeky at times and asks for a discount and they have usually given me one which is great.
I found it very easy to shop here. The staff are always friendly and are always helpful. You don't have to wait long to get any service from this business. If they don't have something in stock they will always try and order it in quickly. Price wise well they are more or less the save as else where. I have done my kitchen and laundry in tiles from here.
I have also used this company to get some steel supplies, as well as tie wire for doing jobs. Also they have gases used for welding etc. The staff are ok but probably at times not as friendly as some would like. They have fencing products as well as a big range of steel products for cattle crushers etc.
I had to build a verandah on the back of our house and I got most of the steel I needed to do the job from here. They sometimes have 2nds which can most of the time be just as good but a lot cheaper. They run specials twice a year which is good for picking up a bargain. I also bought a 2nd in a 12ft gate and paid a lot less than if buying a 1st. It needed a bit of straightening, but that was no problem. Also you can get your welding supplies from here as well.
This was the 1st vet we found when we moved up here from Sydney. We had 3 babies 2 dogs and 1 cat. We always found the vets to be caring and helpful and on 1 occassion 1 of our dogs had an accident when running around in the yard at night and ran into a star picket and cut his eye open. We rushed him in early the next morning and didn't have to wait long to get him in. They operated that day to stitch his eye back up. They alway send out notices every year when our babies yearly injections were due. They also have a notice board and a book if you are looking for a new pet or need to find a home for your own pet. The front staff are always friendly and always have a smile on their faces.
