We have had our ducted air conditioning system which we bought from Clifford over 23 years ago, serviced & maintained by them regularly. At the latest service by Steve, it was obvious that it had, or was, approaching the end of its useful life and I asked Steve what a new replacement system would cost. He recommended a Daikin with Greenduct Ducting and got back to me with a quote that night, which we were happy to accept.
Because it was likely to be a large job, the installation was booked to be completed over 2 days.
Steve + crew (Tom and Graham) arrived on time as planned and worked like trojans throughout the day. The job went so well that it was decided to work a bit longer than usual and finish everything in one day.
From the moment we accepted the quote, we were kept fully informed firstly by Steve and Helen from the office and then by Steve at every important step during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new. And even though it was getting late, Steve took the time to give us a short demo/training session with the shiny new digital control panel.

My mobility scooter had broken down after 7 years of reliable service, and I was urgently in need of a new one !! After scouring the web to find a suitable replacement (at a good price AND in a relatively close suburb), I decided on Lovedays after reading some glowing comments in various discussion group forums.
I ordered a new scooter online on Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised when I was informed by email the next day, that it was due into stock Thursday morning - and would be delivered Thursday afternoon.
Stuart rang before arriving with the scooter just after lunch as stated, brought in all the component parts, assembled it, offered to give lessons on its operation, and asked if there was anything else he could help with.
I have nothing but praise for the freindly, wonderful customer service I received and highly recommend Lovedays to anyone.

We needed an old queen-size mattress & base removed after buying a replacement & I asked the retailer if they knew of anyone in our area who provided this service. They recommended Little Green Truck, who I rang & left a message.
I booked a time with Fred at Little Green Truck for the following tuesday at 12:00 and he & Steve turned up at 11:55. Everything was handled carefully and it was a quick and easy transaction.

We were very satisfied with CFC's service. They've done terrific work on the three different occasions we've required their services. Installing some "Twistas", having the ridgecaps repointed & repairs to a couple of skylights. Chris is a reliable, friendly guy the prices were competitive and most importantly the work has been professionally done. I can't see myself getting anyone else to do this sort of work.
