The true test of a business is when things don’t go right the first time - how they receive the feedback, their response to the feedback and their treatment of the customer - well in my case - things didn’t go right the first or even second time but to their credit each time the feedback was taken on board and their response to “not worry - we will keep going until we get this right” was overwhelming reassuring. Thanks so much to Jasmine and Sally and the other ladies for your professionalism, understanding and never give up attitude. You certainly made the whole experience a very pleasant one for me.
