Sue who did our hair was amazing. We were up front and told her exactly what we wanted and what we thought on the trial and provided lots of pics and she did exactly what we asked. I could not have asked for better hair. The lady who did my make up trials didn't really listen to what I asked for and so I had another trial with her. It took a little while to get the colours of my make up right even though I had given printed examples at both appointments and I had to pay for the second trial but we eventually got there but was still not 100% what I wanted. The night before my wedding at about 8pm I received a call from Caroline who informed me that my make up artist would not be coming due to her not arriving on time or at all to bookings and that she would be coming herself. I did panic as I had just spent so much money on trials to get it right and its the last thing you want to hear the night before your wedding. Especially when they are arriving at 6am. Caroline assured me that it would all be fine and that she would come. I am so happy that she chose to take over and do our make up. With no trials from Caroline she did exactly what I had asked and it was amazing and lasted all day and I woke up the following morning with my makeup looking the way it did the previous morning. She was so kind and she only thinks of what is best for the bride to make the day enjoyable. This is a professional business who does an amazing job and I highly recommend them.
