I have been training with Jaron for about 8 years now and he is a very motivational person and works hard with everyone that trains with him. He has added a health program, which has seen some very good results. I can honestly highly recommend Impact Total Health and Fitness as you meet people within your area and community, plus whilst working hard on achieving your fitness goals, having a fun at the same time.
