I am so dissatisfied with the service I received from them. I had a non paying customer, so I rang the agency to retrieve the debt. I had to pay $800 upfront. I then received an e-mail that I need to go to court charging someone totally unrelated. I had 4 days before the court case to contact them and try to cancel because it was not necessary to go. I left message upon message for them to call me back, but they never returned my call! I then had to prepare for a court case by myself, and didn't even know why it was going ahead because the person we were after wasn't even attending! After a days waste of time attending a court case that wasn't relevant, the agency charges me for solicitor fees for that day in excess of $1560!!! $2360 later, I find out they havn't even found the guy we were after in the first place, yet the agency calls me for me to hurry up and pay these charges, but when I go to call them and want to speak to them about the case, they dont even return my calls. I have left at least 10 messages in a space of 2 months so far... NEVER AGAIN!!!

I went out to tea with my partner, and it was one of the best nights! We had an eight course meal that went over a few hours. We got to sit and chat for ages. The view was fantastic, and the food was presented perfectly. The meals are expensive, but well worth the experience! I have organized my fathers birthday there, its one to impress.

Wow, talk about value for money!!! For $200, you get the photo sitting where Tanja takes heaps of photos. Then she picks the best photos and puts them on CD for you to have the rights to. Print out as many as you like without getting charged a ridiculous fee from the photographer profiting their share! I saw an advert for beautiful photos in a local paper and thought I would try it out, what a find! She is very professional, and we had heaps of fun. We did some family shots in the studio and it didn't take long for her to get back to us with the finished CD. We then took it in to Laser Image in town and picked 3 photos to put on canvas and got a whole lot printed out different ways for a fraction of the price of what all the other photographers were offering. Fantastic!

I had a $120 gift voucher that I thought would get me somewhere when doing some photos when I was pregnant with my second child. I liked the photos that were taken, but was very disappointed that I only got to pick a few of them to take home. The ones I did get to take home were great, but the prices, I thought, were very steep and you didn't get much at all for it. Couldn't say I would go again, or recommend them.

I just stumbled across this shop as I was across the road. Its the best shop for furniture without the price tag. I just wanted to take it all home. I have been back many times to get more and more from a mirror, to outdoor furniture, to a table, a mat, a statue, and vases. Its all the Balanese type or Thailand type of furniture. I just love it.

I bought my tiles for my splash back here. Talk about fantastic service! I knew roughly what I wanted, they really knew what they were talking about. Direct and straight to the point which I found really helpful. Great range as well. I ended up going with these really thin long ones that come on a sheet in a coffee brown colour. They look amazing.

I had a new kitchen splash back tiled. Andrew answered the phone, he was very friendly. He came out to give me a price, and helped me with some different tips and ideas, one of which I really liked. He told me that we could have it done later in the week. One of the other workers from The tile guy came out to do the job. He was on time, and was very efficient. He came back the next day to finish it off, and it looked fantastic! I highly recomend them as I am looking at getting my bathroom re-done and have no hesitation in getting them in to do it.
