Their advice, service and follow up was perfect. I wasn't sure what type of bed & mattress to order and I had very specific questions about the materials used - they provided heaps of great advice and didn't push the most costly setup - their advice was honest and very very helpful. I ended up ordering the bed and mattress as a package and I was so very pleased with both the products and the customer care from Natural Bedding Co from first contact through to follow up after delivery! The SHIPPING COSTS are HORRENDOUS - I was quoted $175 for sending 8 side plates and cheese knife set to a Melbourne metro postcode. Yes one-hundred-and-seventy-five-dollars for 8 plates and 3 cheese knives. What a joke. Their customer service reply that they are simply just charging the ACTUAL courier cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
