I would not recommend this business at all!
I placed an order for balloons a week before they were due to arrive. I paid for what was listed including $35 courier. On the morning of the delivery date I received an email saying that I needed to pay another $20 as delivery was out of the area, the company gave me till 10am to pay this if my order was going to proceed. After calling multiple times and no answer I paid the $20. I then received a phone call from the company at 12pm that day saying that they didn't have all the stock I requested. No apologies, just that I had to pick another colour. When I asked when these would be delivered I was told by 5pm. 5pm came and went and no balloons. No phone call or even returned phone call or email saying the balloons would be late, even after I called multiple times. My balloons arrived at 6pm in a standard van. What this company has done is extortion. The customer service and quality of the product is pitiful. Hopefully others don't experience the same thing.
