I went for the first time last week. The staff was friendly unfortunately the cut is horrible. I had to pay another hairdresser to fix my layers. I wanted a trim and I ended up getting a sort of bob/mullet. I cried when I got home and realized what was done. I went to another hairdresser who looked at my hair and ask me who cut them and told me it was all wrong.

I have been their customer for years (Garden bags). I asked for a quote to remove a tree. His quote was $250 dearer than other companies , the reason given was that he had to drag the tree out of my backyard by himself. I had to choose him due to the tree needing to removed very urgently and he was the only available. He came in that day, the tree was removed in 1 hour , all the tradies that were building my pool helped him out. He charged me still full price and refused to write me a receipt, saying it was a cash job. He even wanted $50 more than what he quoted me. I of course cancelled my monthly Garden bags .

I contacted this company for a quote. They turned up at the time I told them I wasn't home. I then wanted to book the job and had hard time contacting them and they didn't return calls. I finally booked the job and they didn't turn up at all. My mother lost a day of work to be at home waiting for them to come. I called them and the person on the phone couldn't care less. He promised me he would call me back in 1 hour and never did. I have never had such a bad experience with a business before. Giving them 1 start is being generous.

After suffering from chronic pain for months after a car accident, after spending money on physio sessions, osteopath and acupuncture , I found Ben from Bayside Health professionals. I felt so much better just after the first visit, it's amazing. Ben it's fantastic and everybody is friendly and very professional. 5 start for this wonderful business.

I had a 30+ sqm house extension done in December 2012. I had few quotes from different builders. Robin from Provincial Building was the most professional of thenm all. He came on time and spent 2 hours with me going through options, ideas and he listened to what I needed.He really gave me a good feeling from the start. The price was very competitive and we were very happy with the work done. All the tradies were on time, polite and clean.

I had the Graff Group undertake some Patio Roof repairs through my insurance and I was very disappointed with the job. The tradesmen were polite and on time but they left screws coming out of my colorbond sheets and didn't fix the gutter where it broke. I complained to my insurance and they agreed with me, the job wasn't not up to standards.

Great little new Cafe', only couple of tables . Great location, just outside the shopping centre. The owners are lovely people and very friendly, with a passion for coffee. The quality of the coffee is very good altought at little on the expensive side (3.80 for a small t/a coffee).

I have my roof restored by this company and I am happy. I can't vouch for the next 10 years but the warranty covers it should anything go wrong. They did a nice job and the price was great. The job was finished in a timely manner

The food is really nice and it has a really great restaurant feel, far from the take-away feel you often get. The prices are great and the service is excellent
