This has got to be the best Australia Post I have ever come across. I have never been gouged on price like the independent post offices can sometimes do. The staff appear a bit stand-offish at times but always know what they are doing and are quick.

Terrible Service at the registers! I must have had the dopiest person on the floor serve us. They became slow, confused and frustrated when I presented a voucher for my movie ticket and a voucher I had received via blue-tooth to my mobile phone for a drink combo as we entered the cinema. They charged us full price for both and then didn't know how to do a refund for the change. Hoyts you need to train the people at customer relations better before just plonking them in front of a cash register!

As soon as we walked in the door we were assisted and were out of the store within 5 minutes. They showed us exactly what we were after and I bought it straight away because of the helpful service.

Excellent Service, approached me straight away but were unable to help me find what I was looking for. I asked where I could find it but they couldn't recommend anywhere.

Average all-round. We purchased my engagement ring from this store but later found out what we thought was a bargain just turned out to be the average price. I have since found similar items with the same quality stone to be almost half the price what we had paid. It really pays to do your homework instead of just taking the word of the staff members.

The Jewels shop was taken over by IGA Supermarket and so far so good. There is certainly room for improvement. The place still looks dingy / run-down and there needs to be more staff on the floor for customer service instead of just at the registers. However, there are allot more affordable products on the shelves which makes it worth the trip.

We enjoy coming to Nadia's Cafe in Parramatta because of the staff. We are served by the lovely girls who are always smiling and come over for a little chat. The food and drinks are decent but I find a bit over priced.

I called to get a quote on some cladding for the back of my house.
They weren't interested in doing the job unless I was to put on an extension as well. I said you're really going to pass up this job even though its worth $6000-$7000? The answer was 'yes have a good day' then they hung up on me!
