I had my first baby here and i thought the nurses were wonderful, especially overnight. I liked that they had private rooms and my husband was able to stay with me. I had my baby in winter and the rooms were a comfortable temperature. The meals were pretty good, better than i expected.
Great store with really fresh fruit and vegies. They also sell gluten-free bread which is quite a bit cheaper than i've seen elsewhere. The staff are very friendly and happy to help you.
I went to Dr Mccallum for the birth of my first baby. At every appointment I would see a midwife who was absolutely fantastic, then see Dr Mccallum. I had morning appointments and he ran on time and had a good manner. He was easy going and calming during my baby's birth.
This place has beautiful fresh meat at really low prices. Their porterhouses are really tender and cheap. Their mince is really good quality, better than major stores.
Lots of different meals to choose from. Desserts are great, especially the crepe. Nice, clean and modern restaurant with tables spread out. Outdoor area to dine in, too. Waiters are attentive and friendly. Corkage was $2.50 per person. Ended up being more expensive than the wine we brought.
Jaspers has great pizza. They also do a pretty good gluten-free pizza, although the base is too thick and doughy. They have a great range of toppings and the best is the Jasper's special. They home deliver too.
This restaurant is really small and you are pretty much dining with the people on the table next to you, but the food is really good. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is served pretty quickly which is good if you are in a hurry. You really need to book a table in advance.
The pharmacist is lovely. Questions are no problem to answer. The staff behind the counter are lovely too. They are nice and sympathetic when you're sick! The service is quick being a smaller store. The prices are either the same or a bit more expensive than the big chains, but I like to support our local businesses.
The chips here are the usual 'fish and chip' chips. I don't like them. They do good food otherwise - hamburgers and dim sims. The prices are pretty standard which is good. Usually takes 10 minutes to cook your order. It's pretty busy most times we go, which shows they are a pretty good shop.
Usually 10 minutes to pick up. Not the best pizzas, but has a good range of the usual toppings. The meals are ok too. Haven't tried the pasta yet, but they have a huge range. They also do chicken, seafood and beef dishes.
Approximate cost: $11 large pizza
