It's hard to find someone who actually understands you and your business, however Chris at The Baseline Group sure knows how to put it in lamens terms, providing a very clear, professional service. He listened to my ideas before providing me with ways to improve my business (using some of my suggested ideas) to make it more successful going forward. It's great to know he also provides ongoing support (I've already had to call on him twice!)
