Love this place - not only is the food fantastic but it is a wonderful setting at the Abbotsford convent. Adding to that is the fantastic service it does for our community, supporting and training refugees and others who need skills and employment to get a start. You pay for what you feel the meal is worth and I do hope that people put in the box a decent amount as the food here is worth it!
Great little bakery with more service than you sometimes get at these chain type stores. I've seen that their redoing the food court area at the moment so it's gone AWOL - I really hope it comes back with the redevelopment!
A great little lunch spot. I work nearby and often pop in here to get salads or quiche. The only bummer is that you have to queue for a while and it's a small space. Given they are always busy, it would be good if they introduced some sort of ticket system so that people get served in order. I can't imagine what this place is like on weekends given it is always packed during the week!
I had walked past here heaps of times and thought it looked like a nice place for a coffee so when I needed to kill some time before a show at the Town Hall I thought it would be perfect.
I discovered that the staff feel like they are doing you a favor by serving you. THe hot chocolate I had was not hot and had I been elsewhere I may have sent it back, but getting their attention was impossible so I just had it as it was. Needless to say, I wont be returning.
I came here with my 6 year old nephew for lunch and would love to return with friends for dinner and a drink. Amazing range of beers and wines on display. The food selection was great and they were very good at dealing with my nephews picky eating and requests. I had peking duck rice paper rolls that were delish!
This place is all about this pizza - fantastic pizzas where the ingredients speak for themselves - fresh, simple and tasty. Keep wanting to give the dessert pizzas a go but always too full!
Love this place! Such a unique reminder of cinematic history - both the building and their great range of films that dig into fantastic film archives.
Recently went to a sing-along Greese- haven't had that much fun for a LONG time!
Great prices on scripts and everything they sell. Fab range of your usual pharmacy products but their hair and skin care range is exceptionally good and the prices are great.
I have had good friendly service from both the pharmacists and the sales staff here. I was particularly impressed with one pharmacist whe i went in to ask a question about drug interactions when I wasn't getting a script. He spent some time with e explaining which pain medications I could take together.
Fantastic location. It's an interesting set up. There are huge tables which seat about 20 people and different groups share these. You can't book but I've never had to wait too long and you can always have a drink in the bar while you wait.
The food here is amazing - the menu is extensive and there are good options for vegetarians and gluten free. Highly recommended!
