I visited the Newport store at 3/330 Melbourne Rd. I purchased a Scoopon voucher for a full set of eyelash extensions which included 2 refills. The first appointment went fine where the young beautician applied a full set of lashes. This morning 25/5 I went for my first refill and a senior staff member applied the refill. This was the worst experience I have encountered in my entire life! I was in pain throughout the procedure as the excessive glue was leaking into my eyes. She glued my eyes shut and in the process of forcing my eyes open she ripped off a few of my lashes! This was the worst pain I have ever experienced! My eyes were burning and red with tears non stop flowing down my face! When I tried to wipe my tears from my face, She slapped my hand down and shouted at me "lay down and be quiet". I kept telling her my eyes sting but she did not care! I had to lay down in pain fearing for my safety as I could not open my eyes. She showed zero concern for my eyes as she sat in front of her computer while I was left to look after myself, I even had to ask for a tissue as her care factor was zero. As I was leaving, I told her this was unprofessional and unacceptable treatment. She started laughing and told me "we have lots of clients and you're being a drama queen". She opened the door and kicked me out with my eyes sore and red and bawling. It's been over 3 hours since the refill and my eyes are still red and I can feel the chemical burns from too much glue when the adhesive was applied and my eyelashes were stuck together. Not to mention the seriously rude and unprofessional conduct where she slapped my hand and shouted at me and kicked me out when I tried to explain her conduct was unacceptable. I would never recommend Go Bella Beauty to anyone and I will tell all my friends about my horrific experience this morning!
