buying shoes from frangipani is a great experience.....the ladies are fantastic and they hav the most beautiful range of shoes and handbags you will ever want to see.......and u can laybye...overall fantastic shopping experience

purchased a surge powerboard 2 years ago,recently it fused....went back to harvey norman and purchased another...took it home and realised it was the wrong one...took it back and took the old fused one so i wouldnt get the wrong one again...the salesman looked at the fused one and said this can be replaced free of charge it shouldnt have fused they are pretty much guaranteed...i got my new powerboard and had my $250.00 that id paid refunded.....i thought that was great he didnt hav to tell me that ...it just shows that he had the customers interest at heart....every time i go to this store they are always very helpful and curteous .
