I transferred over from another company this year and although the call centre staff are very polite and friendly I had to get my home insurance policy revised and mailed to me twice after I discovered errors in it. The first time I was told the error wouldn't matter but as I didn't want to take the chance on them not wanting to pay a claim I phoned back a few days later and was told it should be corrected. Not a great start!

I order home delivery about once a month and am always happy with the food. It always arrives before the time they say to expect it and they throw in free prawn crackers too ... yum!

Approximate cost: $11-$15

I don't like to be rushed through my consultation given the cost and the vet owner seems to have a very high opinion of his attractiveness to his female clients. A big turn off!
