Excellent job, Allan and Mitchell were punctual and well organised. They were very careful with the floorboards (including shoes off every time they walked in and out), they placed guards around door frames! in order not to bump equipment into them and not leave dents. They replaced the filter on the grill to the return and explained how to clean it in the future. They cleaned the filter around the gas heater and tested the heating & air flow. The air movement seemed weak so they crawled underneath the house and traced the ducts there and fixed the case of a squashed/collapsed duct that was causing the blockage -- the air flowed as it should straight away, still they checked every inlet to make sure they all worked. I'd highly recommend them and will call them back when the system is due for servicing again in three years' time. They spent a good two hours on this job.
