Worst experience of my life. I had hair colour and highlights from [redacted due to personal identifier] three months ago. Results were bad wasn’t the colour I was after on top of that bleached my hair from scalp without using treatment and clever thing they do is they ask you to sign the form in which it’s written if you DONOT get the results of your choice you can’t ask for anything, when I asked Jane what is this? She said nothing to worry that’s just the formality results would be great
The results I got was 3 different colours on my hair
And due to the bleach used on my hair now I have patches on my head with no hair damaged my scalp
You guys ruined my hair
I am in stress I don’t know what to do
Ridiculous job knows nothing about hair
Charges heaps of money
I spent 550 $
I want my money back and want them to pay for the medications I’m paying out of my pocket for their mistake
