100% Recommend. After taking a workshop with Chris, my eyes have been opened to a whole new world! Chris has taken me from the 'normal' situation of seeing a girl I would love to get to know and date but not being able to do anything about it, to starting the journey of removing all the clutter inside my head, talking to the girls I want to talk to and forming incredible relationships.

The biggest takeaway for me was imagining the difference in your life if you lived your whole life restricted by your own thoughts, never meeting or saying hello to people you want to meet, to all the adventures in life that are possible by going out and simply saying 'hello'! This is something that you simply cannot just decide to do on your own at first, you need the help of an expert, and Chris is certainly the man to call.
