The customer service was terrible !
Management whoever it is just sits there on his phone all day! Complains when one of the staff asks a coffee to be made and is either standing there talking to staff! I felt so out of place and as if ordering a coffee was too much trouble ?
I saw him ordering around a young female staff member while he was sitting there with his phone in his hand!
Grow up and run a business properly !
I'm so disappointed !
