In the early stages of establishing his business, Nuggy Trails (Dog Walking and Dog Minding), my good friend Kane regularly walked my boisterous German Shepherd pup when I was no longer able to do so myself (being heavily pregnant at the time). Kane built an instant rapport with my dog and treated him to walks to the park and the beach, and brought my puppy home safely and best of all, happy! Kane is qualified in Pet CPR & First Aid and is also PetSaver. I highly recommend Nuggy Trails to anyone who (for any reason) doesn't get the time to walk their beloved dog, or who just needs a safe and enjoyable place to leave their pooch whilst you're away!

The first time we dined here the food was impressive and the service and value was great! When we decided to eat here again (which turned out to be a really busy night), my children were served their meals quickly, which was pleasing for us all until we realised that the staff completely forgot about our main meal, whilst we hungrily watched other patrons (who arrived long after us) be served their orders. The staff were very apologetic, but at a time when your stomach is growling of hunger, an apology just won't suffice.

As tenants of a Barry Plant managed property, we have been treated with courtesy and respect from the Bayswater staff at all times, from the handover of keys to routine inspections. Any queries or concerns we have are always met with a quick response, clear communication and helpful information.

This 4 star hotel was a convenient stopover for the family on our road trip home from our Gold Coast driving holiday. We stayed in the Tudor Suite which was so spacious, set up like a home away from home with space to move and breathe after a tiring road trip. It had 2 spacious rooms with cable TV in each, couch and leather recliner seats, air conditioning, dining area and breakfast bar, spa bath, wireless internet - the lot, really. Service (when requested), was immediate and friendly. Our only regret is that we only had time to stay 1 night, as it would have been nice to enjoy the other facilities, like the swimming pool and the manicured gardens - oh well, maybe next time!
