We called Rob out to look at our Hot Water system the same day it broke down. (Thanks for the prompt response Rob.) Luckily he was able to get it going again, if only for the short term. So thankfully no more cold showers! Rob was great to deal with and extremely helpful, giving us ideas and options to replace the system when the times comes.

Paul come an accessed our suspected pest issues. He was professional, extremely helpful, and just great to deal with. He really knows his business. And he cleaned up afterwards! - can't ask for more than that.

We had a mounting list of odd jobs that needed to be done (including moving door locks, plumbing and carpentry) - and unfortunately, we are far from handy ourselves.
