I have the worst dentist phobia! Previously, unless I took a Valium and had someone come with me I would be crying as soon as I entered the surgery! Steven is so calm, gentle and reassuring that I am now able to go to the surgery without any fear at all! I am still very anxious but I am not scared any more! And Susan just chats away and makes you feel like she has known you all her life! He has restored my faith in what it means to treat everyone with kindness and respect!
