I was in the middle of arranging a move and a truck threw a stone and chipped my windscreen about the size of a 10c piece.That was appx 5pm. I looked up O'briens website and called. The customer service rep was fantastic, we even had a chat. She booked me in at Ringwood automotive for the next day at 3pm, gave me 10% off. My windscreen was repaired (not invisible, but lifetime warranty against cracking) within 1/2 hr for $134.00 and I was on my way. Fantastic, speedy, efficient service on all parts.

First went in with a friend who was after 1 dose of Revolution. They only sold in packs, but because she couldn't afford the whole lot gave her one free along with very sound advice. I went back today and got a treatment for my cat. She remembered me and I got service with a smile, even though they are constantly busy. Thanks guys.

I received a free offer of Brake fluid and took this up. After a while I received a blanket e-mail saying basically the promotion went viral and they were expecting to spend a couple of thousand dollars turned into a qyarter of a million dollar promo. They have kept up their end of the promo and are supplying everyone that entered with a free bottle of brake fluid at a cost of $15 PP. I had changed address and replied to one of these e-mails to advise of this. I received a personal reply thanking me for my patience and I was on the list and would be getting my freebie soon. I have had necklaces and bracelets repaired here previously and have always had friendly efficient quality service. If they thought it was a waste of time to fix, they would let me know and not string me along keeping fixing links on chains. I went in today and asked about my gold chain link bracelet that had broken. The owner looked at it, repaired it on the spot at no charge. Excellent Service with a smile. Thanks Guys. :)

I cannot say enough about this organisation in Ringwood. I am a Disability Pensioner and had called for food vouchers as my owner was selling my unit and I had to find somewhere to live and needed every cent to move. I explained my situation and one person brought it up at their weekly meeting. From then on I had not only Financial and Mental help, but they helped me pack, one lady helped me when the movers came and then two ladies helped me clean the old unit. I cannot thank the people at this organisation enough. Guys, you helped me so much and I will be forever grateful. Please donate to this cause, if you can.

I had to move 6km as my owner was selling. I am a Disability Pensioner and received support for a removalist from another company. They gave me the company Victrans. I had to send a txt to the mobile # on a Sunday early afternoon as I was due to move Monday and STILL did not have a time. I received a txt on Sunday 6.55pm just saying 7.00am!!! O.K. he would not budge on the time (actually wouldn't answer me at all) They did not pack the van properly so had to drop a second load the next day and charged me an extra $134.00!! for their mess. They damaged my Entertainment Centre, Washing mashine, Coffe Table and Bed frame. The person with the mobile WILL NOT return phone calls and was totally unprofessional. So disapointed.

After all the advertising I thought I would try Domino's, being cheaper than the other major Pizza delivery. What a mistake. The crust was mean't to be thick and it came thin (that IS their thick size. Had 2 slices and threw the rest away. What a waste of money, disgusting pizza. I should have listened to everyone else.

I generally have Singapore Noodles from Chinese and did so from this Restaurant (Takeaway, BYO, Catering) I have never had nicer food from any Chinese. Try the Huge home made spring rolls with plum sauce YUM. Prompt courteous service at a decent price. Cheap enough to take the family. I had enough left over for another meal!!
