I most always bag Optus (even though I am a customer) So now that I finally received some great service I think it only appropriate to give credit where credit is due. I bought a $2 sim from Coles and they sold me the incorrect one. I needed one desperatly, so I went to Optus World in Eastland. I told him what had happened. He supplied the sim for free, activated and linked it to my Rewards program, even though they were having computer problems. Everything was quick, easy and friendly. Thank you for making a hectic day easier.

I have seen Psycologists previously, but as I am a Disability Pensioner cannot afford them and always had Government Dept's. If you are on a Pension she accepts the Government Health Scheme so she Bulk bills. She challenges your decisions, so you start to analyse your mind. Call or email first as she is very busy.

My Computer needs an upgrade. I went have been looking around everywhere, getting exhorbitant quotes. Most want over $100 just to diagnose it. I received a quote for $45 Labour (diagnostic included) and $60 for 2GB of RAM installed. It would cost me that much at other places JUST for a diagnostic with nothing fixed. Nice to see reputable compuer Repairers out there. They also have a wide selection of accessories and the best mouse pads around for $2.00 each.

I Contacted J&J about the Listerine 21day challenge ending 1st June 2013. They did not get back to me until 4th June 2013, which by then was no good to me. I informed them of this and the next day received an email saying they had mailed a Free Sample of this product to me for the inconvenience. True Customer Service. Thank you N.W.

I had to see a specialist and this review is of the centre, not the actual specialist (Who was great). I am a Disability Pensioner and they told me it would be $100 upfront and claim appx $75 back from Medicare, so I juggled it. Upon seeing the specialist he said there was a room fee of $70, which I questioned. He told me that was the centre's practice and had nothing to do with him and not claimable from Medicare!! I could not afford that outlay with no re-imbursement. The staff at the front counter were rude, when they finally did acknowledge me. They should explain the room fee upon booking appointments, not once you're in there.

I have had personal business with NAB before and never again. At the moment I have to pay rent into an NAB account. Eastland is the closest Branch. I always fill the Deposit slip in before I go in and STILL wait a minimum of 15mins for service. Once I get to the counter (normally 2 Cust service reps only) it takes another 5-7 mins just to deposit money and it certainly IS NOT service with a smile. Of the 5 times I been in there, I have yet to see a staff member smile!!

I recently had enough money to stock up on my Vitmains and saved just over $65 by shopping here.The cost of Vitamins/Supplements are so cheap It's not just that though, Hair Care and more very cheap and during sales are a steal.The Pharmacist's are always very busy, but always willing to help. Staff are plentiful, helpful and friendly. Would have to say the only downfall is it gets very busy, very quickly at the registers and the staff need to call for extra staff a bit sooner. Otherwise, I can't fault them.

I have been to Bunnings Bayswater quite a few times and each time it's the same, no staff members to be seen anywhere and if you do happen to spot one and it is not their Dept they sigh as they are doing you a HUGE favour by helping you. I was there the other day and all I wanted was some globes. I had called ahead to make sure they had them, but I wanted to double check. I stood at the enquiries counter for 15mins and spotted someone with a phone standing around. She called Lighting and I had to meet them at a certain isle down the back of the store!!! Was too much to come to me. If you can go to another store I would advise it. VERY poor service.

I contacted the company as I had bought and air freshner that had no smell. It took appx 2 weeks to get back to me and they offered a replacement. I thought, WOW, great service. I had purchased a Scented Gel (Lavender) which I clearly stated in all communications. I received Refill Scented candles in Vanilla Scent? I replied back and toldd them I had received the incorrect product. They apologized and replied they would send me the Scented Gel (COOL MINT)!!! I had even highlighted the word Lavender in Uppercase, bold and the word was coloured Lavender!! I still got the Cool Mint. Great Customer service, but I think they need to read their emails a bit better to send A? The correct product and B? The correct scent...

I nor mally don't shop at Target as I always seem to have to return items, however I went to the Ringwood store today to Layby manchester on sale. I was also interested in a new Mobile phone. Service at the Phone counter was non-existant. 3 Staff members at Layby and only one doing anything. Bought a chopping board marked $5.00 when I got to the Register it scanned at $7.50 which I queried, she called someone and they said it WAS $7.50. I went back to the area and the Price tag had been REMOVED. I complained and paid the $5.00 for it. 1 person at the back registers and no other staff to be seen. Target pick up your act, especially at this time of year!!!!!
