I hired e-go for my business for the first time. It was a big mistake. Goods were delivered from my warehouse to my clients warehouse packed by my packing staff and supervised by myself. The box arrived damaged and out of 25 items 6 items were missing. This ended up costing my business over $1500. When I complained e-go transferred my call from one department to another and an internal email sent to me by mistake also referred to a thief within e-go who was responsible for missing items previously. It was a costly mistake and lesson well learnt. DO NOT TRUST E-GO WITH YOUR GOODS. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND YOUR DELIVERY OR PART OF IT MAY GO MISSING!
