My daughter went to this salon because the reviews say its wonderful but apparently they remove the bad ones as they removed her review within minutes. They totally destroyed her hair. It looks burnt its so dry and frizzy.
She showed them a picture of darker hair with blond highlights and they said "yes that it would turn out wonderful" After 6 hours her hair was an orange red brownish washed out color and damaged to the point that she cant brush it or it will break off. We rang the manager and she was extremely rude stating "its not their problem if your hair can't take it, they went by procedure ( even though she wasn't there at the time) and what did she expect wanting both dark and light hair ???
What we expected was a professional service .... and they charged her $330 ... way to go - rip of the young and inexperienced
