The new and improved store is fantastic. I have found the staff to always be very approachable and eager to help. The playground and cafe is great when you have kids in tow - although the coffee isn't anything to write home about!

Unbelievably disappointing! I was given a voucher as a Christmas present and felt awful telling the person who gave it to me that I would not want to go back! The premises look lovely but the service was very rushed. I also didn't get all the treatments that were outlined in the package that was bought for me and I called to complain afterward (after I got home and re-read the brochure to make sure I did miss out). I was asked to come back (eye brow wax) but decided it wasn't worth the trip just for this.

I found the customer service advisors very helpful and was able to get assistance as soon as I walked into the store. Not sure if I just jagged this, but there seemed to be a lot of sales reps ready to serve. I find the Mandurah store infuriating (have to wait AGES to get served) and would definitely choose Rockingham again.

Lovely new pub. Tastefully decorated and a scrummy menu to boot! The staff were very friendly and the service was quick (which is a bonus when you have small children!).

I love their fish and chips! Non greasy as advertised and healthy portion sizes. We find that most times we get an extra small piece of fish which is great for our son.

Since putting on more Doctors, same day appointments are easier to get. They also do Hicaps, which means no more queues at the Medicare office. The Pathology nurses are lovely and great with children (flu vaccs etc). I foudn the charges to be comparable with other GP's in the area and they bulk bill for children under 16.

I love their range of organic produce and the newly refurbished premises look great. The staff are very approachable and friendly and will offer carts / shopping baskets / boxes and have helped me carry shopping to my car on occasion.

One of the best florists in the area. The flowers are fresh and great value, the service very helpful and the shop is immaculately presented. There is also a lovely range of gifts.

The Pharmacists are always so helpful and available to offer advice. I have frequented this Pharmacy several times since having our son and have never been made to feel stupid for asking so many questions as a first time Mummy! The shop assistants are also very friendly and professional.

Great quality, English style butchers. Always happy to assist with nutritional requirements and answer questions. We are so lucky to have them close by.
