I contact Andrew as a result of the wonderful reviews on many review sites and he did not disappoint. He was on-time and spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting the property I was looking to buy. The realtor actually commented on how thorough he was and I think it was making her nervous. As a result of his dilegence I went back to the sellers and had several repairs done prior to settlement.
