I have been getting both of our cars serviced here for quite a while & am very pleased with the service. I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off or having unnecessary 'repairs' done like they do at car yard service centres. I can always get booked in easily & it helps to receive a reminder when the service is due. Little bit hard to find the workshop as it is off the road, but there is signage to help. I trust the mechanic that works on my car & both cars have never run better. They also fitted my baby seat at no fee!

Had TV main board replaced.
Good points:
1. The tv is working
2. Work was completed quicker than advised
Not so good points:
1. They charge an $85 call out fee for just quoting a job (hard to believe in this day & age)
2. They don't tell you they only accept credit or correct cash when paying the call out fee.
3. When the service guy agrees to accept less than the $85, because you didn't know you needed correct cash (nice of him) the office tries to add the extra onto the final cost
4. And the clincher... When you ring the office just to QUERY something on the bill, you encounter the receptionist with the attitude of a spoilt teenage brat.
Customer service is severely lacking at SMARTVISION & I wouldn't recommend them despite the tv being fixed.

I appreciate a locum service is potentially a very busy operation, however I am surprised and disappointed that when you explain you have a sick baby of 12 months old who is pretty darn sick (but doesn't seem critical) you can be still waiting for a CALL BACK 5 hours later! No call to confirm the symptoms or see whether the condition had deteriorated, nor was there a call to ascertain a bit more information to help the doctor prioritise their patients for the evening...nothing, nil, nada. When I called to ask whether this is a normal occurence I was told "busy night" Isn't there a universal understanding amongst the medical fraternity that a sick infant generally moves their way to the front of the list, but behind critical injuries and illnesses, of course.
In future, I would perhaps try another locum service & see whether they are more compassionate towards sick babies, otherwise I will be forced to add to the unrelenting pressure on PMH.

Friendly & professional service. Mark was able to identify what I needed from a photo I sent him from my phone. He got the parts & came the next day (and on time) to install them. He cleaned up after himself & gave us some great tips on both our air-conditioning and other cleaning hints. Now that we're moving I will definitely be calling him to install our new air-conditioner.
I have been taking our two cats to Vogue Vets for the past 2 years & I have been so impressed with their service, the staff, their work...everything. I trust the vets at Vogue unequivocally with my pets & feel confident that they are being well looked after whenever they are at Vogue. ALL of the staff there seem genuinely caring & all seem to love working at Vogue. I pass many other vets on the way from my home to Vogue, but I am more than happy to drive further for their service. I can't rave about them enough.

The Pest Guys treated our home with baiting for rats in the roof. I was extremely happy with the man that provided the service. He arrived at the exact time he said he would, he explained what he was doing in an easy to understand manner, he discouraged me from buying unnecessary services from them & explained potential hazards with me being pregnant at the time. Top service! I wish there were more businesses like this around.

I had a regular fortnightly clean & was disappointed when two new cleaners were allocated my house to clean & their standard of work quickly declined. After raising it with the manager of Manhattan Maids the work remained at a very low standard. When I eventually got sick of it I cancelled the service & then the cleaners were given my number & they called & insulted me saying that "They do good job & you are ridiculous". They also left my toilet flushing all day, all of the lights on inside and outside of the house & every exhaust fan was left running. Rubbish on the floor, more dirt on my carpet than when they started. Disgusting cleaning service & was disappointed with the way the complaint was handled. Manager has apologised for the cleaners behaviour & acknowledged this work was not a good reflection of the service they seek to provide.

Was upsold having all tiles in the house cleaned.
1. Tiles were marginally cleaner than prior to work being done (especially noticeable when compared to tiles on floor in cupboards which are clean)
2. Damaged all of the walls in my house (which were just freshly painted) because he uses high pressure & excessive quantities of water to do the job + an alkaline substance he splashed over my carpets. Therefore paint bubbles & then flakes off.
3. Accused me of lying about the damage & threatened Court action.
4. Had an accountant send me crude & threatening letters whereby he threatens to call my husband's employer(!?) and Today Tonight(!?) (weirdo)
5. Ended up in Court..I did not have to pay his fee, however my freshly painted walls were left damaged & I had to mop the floors that week anyway.
Probably the worst experience I have ever had with respect to hiring people to work in your home.
