DON'T PAY UNTIL / UNLESS YOUR FOOD IS READY ELSE WALK OUT AND EXPECT RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE COOK INSTEAD OF A REMEDY. Advised phone order ready in 20 minutes but 45 minutes later it's still not ready but advised it will be another 5 minutes. 15 minutes later food is still not ready (over an hour) and in frustration I demand a refund which was initially refused and advised it will be another 5 minutes. I advise the owner(s), be honest with your customer, don't lie and tell them it will be 20 minutes when it is really 45 minutes to an hour. His reply instead of offering a remedy is, 'leave and never come back'. Go elsewhere, I did and got better service and my meals in 15 minutes (not 1 hr and still waiting at Preston Noodle).
