Drove in with no appointment and got two used tyres fitted on my Falcon for $80 all up. This included installation. Can't get much better than that. The guys are friendly and efficient.

This Hungry Jacks need to start placing more staff in the kitchen. Why is it that when I walk in there are 5 staff on the front serving customers but only 2 or 3 staff cooking. Obviously if the management wants to offer fast service, then there is no point taking orders if those orders can not be made fast enough. Why is it that the staff at the front keep "repeating" their orders to the young men in the rear as if they do not know what to make - hello - they have a computer screen. Perhaps the staff should not wait and watch and actually help the cooks in the back complete the orders.

Lastly, have someone clean your dining room. It looks dirty. I don't appreciate having to clean up other customers mess so I can find a table to eat at. Hire more staff doods! get that drive through flowing fast so that you can increase your sales and keep your customers happy.

Drove in without an appointment and within 3 minutes was looking at replacement tyres for my old Ford Fairmont. The bloke pointed out some Bridgestone 205/65R/15s at 80% tread. I agreed. Within 10 minutes, the car was up in the air, the technician rotated my tyres, fitted and balanced the replacement used tyres. While this was happening, my wife and I sat on their massage chairs under the verandah and had a great $2 massage. Within 30 minutes, the car was down and completed. Paid by credit card with no credit card surcharges. Total bill for two good tyres, balanced, fitted and the other two tyres rotated was $120. We left with some new paws on our falcon and a great massage. The staff were fast, efficient and professional. No complaints!

The hotel food portions are too large :) I can never eat all the food they bring out for such a cheap price. The salad bar is pretty average with frozen vegies heated up rather than fresh carrots, peas, corn. On the plus side, this hotel still serves Southwark and has a great little playground for the kiddies. We think it is good value for a local pub.

Nothing to rave about from these folks. I bought a new car and didn't even get a set of floor mats. For $36,000 one would think floor mats would have been included. When I asked the salesman, he said I should have mentioned it at purchase time. Well, perhaps he should have offered it a purchase time on a $36,000 vehicle as it is not everyday I buy a new vehicle but it is everyday he sells one. This is just an example of how cheap these guys will go to make a profit. That cheapness has now flowed through to impacting my decision to where I will have the vehicle serviced and it will not be at this dealer. The salesman did not show me the service area, did not educate me on when the first service would be, did not inform me on capped price servicing and did not show me how to link up my bluetooth phone. Lastly, I drove away without any floor mats.

Approximate cost: $36,000

Arrived on a beautiful sunny afternoon hoping for some food aand a cold beer overlooking the marina. It would seem a perfect way to spend the afternoon. Unfortunately like many hotels in Adelaide, no food was available after 2PM. I felt like I just stepped back in time to an era where my mama told me what time I could eat and what time i could drink. In 2012, one would think it would possible to order more than a bag of crisps at a Marina bar on a sunny afternoon.

I went to Pete regarding an Air Conditioning issue on an older vehicle. His advice was it would be too much to repair and just wind the windows down. It's the first time a mechanic has said that to me. No money changed hands, just great advice. I think I know who my next mechanic will be!

The folks here have an excellent knowledge base and are always willing to help you find what you need. My hands are kinda busted up so they even brought my purchases direct to my car for me. Plus - this store stocks an impressive range of Gulf Western Lubricants and Oils. Well done!
