Evenglide Blackburn mis-measured our door and were then grumpy when I picked up the mistake. The installation seemed to run smoothly, but then the roller tracks were not correct as the rollers were grinding on the tracks and needed to be replaced. The door makes a grinding noise all the time and yes Evenglide will come out, but for a service fee of $159. I would never use them again!
