If I could put no stars I would. My dress was ruined. Disgustingly rude once I pointed out the issue. Long story short, [redacted personal identifier] was very aggressive and argumentative, I was in tears and he demanded I leave with my ruined dress!!!! Worst experience I have ever had and stupid me, paid in advance!!!!!!!!
