Kelly has been washing both of my large dogs for quite some time now. I have always been extremely happy with how clean they are when Kelly has fininshed,especially considering how boisterous my german shepard can be! Kelly is always punctual and very helpful, just recently we had to chase my dogs half around the block when they got out from the back because they were so excited to see Kelly for their bath!
